Ballantine gave birth on 29th August 2008 at 12.22pm
to Rufus Rufus is a very exciting young cria, he has a supreme pedigree with reknown forefathers, Ruffo, Conquistador and Highlander in the mix. We are holding our breath to see how he grows up. He is our last cria of this season. We are now looking forward to a new Australian girl sired by Commisario and pregant to Neptune due to birth early in 2009. |

Cressida gave birth on 15th August 2008 at 2.40pm
to Benji Benji was Ben's second cria, and a real stunner. He was born during the Beijing Games, so Benji seemed the most appropriate name. He is fully fleeced with fine fleece. |

to Scarlett We almost sold Tinker and then changed our decision, she has repaid us very well this is her second perfect brown female cria. |

Ariadne gave birth on 5th August 2008 at 7.00am
to Beamish Beamish was very quick off the mark, no sooner was he born and he was standing and feeding then his first poo, all was done within an hour. We almost named him Hamilton as he was the fastest cria to complete all of the elements we keep a close check on, he did not keep us waiting at all. |

Juliet gave birth on 2nd August 2008 at 5.00pm
to Joseph Joseph was born in a field shelter whilst we were feeding the herd. When we got back to Juliet there he was, with his fleece all brown and red so we added the naval spray and he was blue and yellow as well. So his name was obvious, Joseph and his coat of many colours !! His Sire is a full Accoyo alpaca and you can see in Joseph his strong likeness in frame and fleece. |

Athena gave birth on 28th May 2008 at 1.30pm
to Summer Storm Summer Storm was born during a day of torrential downpours. Athena popped out of the field shelter and "dropped" her baby in the field, and dashed back into the shelter !! We collected mum and baby up to dry off in the barn, along with Misty & Butterfly for company. |

to Misty Misty waited all day to be born and then arrived late evening. A beautiful daughter from a mating with Cajamarca, (Son of prestigious alpaca NWA Ruffo) |
